Ran Otori, the daughter of a count who married Masato Tendo, the son of the Tendo family, was a fake. Her daughter, who volunteered to take Ran’s place because she was afraid of the Tendo family that she would not be able to escape alive, said, “I want to die helping people.” (This story is included in the “Tendo Family Monogatari” comics volume 1.)
