『よふかしのうた』のあらすじは、学校や人付き合いに疲れた中学2年生の夜守コウが、眠れない夜に家を抜け出して出会った吸血鬼の七草ナズナと出会うところから始まる物語です。コウは夜の自由な世界とナズナに魅了され、吸血鬼になることを望みますが、その条件は「吸血鬼に恋をすること」でした。コウがナズナに恋をしようと奮闘する中、彼の周りにも様々な吸血鬼が現れ、夜の世界での人間と吸血鬼のドラマが展開されます。

The story of "Yofukashi no Uta" begins when Kou Yamori, a second-year junior high school student tired of school and socializing, sneaks out of the house on a sleepless night and meets the vampire Nazuna Saegusa. Fascinated by the free world of the night and Nazuna, Kou wishes to become a vampire, but the condition is that he must "fall in love with a vampire." As Kou struggles to fall in love with Nazuna, various vampires appear around him, and a drama between humans and vampires unfolds in the world of the night.
